We respond to all requests with your account. We offer free priority support to all our accounts. Some issues may be forwarded to our pay support services if they fall outside the scope of your hosting service with our company. Prices vary and will be given to you if required.

We pride ourselves on priority technical support. We have a seamless support ticket system which gives you priority support at any time of the day.
If you have an emergency and require support within 6 hours we will charge you an up front fee of $250. Once the fee has been paid we will work quickly to find a solution to your issue. If we cannot resolve the issue within 6 hours you will be credited back the $250 fee.
All standard support cases are answered within 24 hours.
